Delete your account

You can delete your Kinlovi account and personal data at any time. Here’s how, and what happens.

In the app

  1. 1Open Kinlovi and go to the Circle tab.
  2. 2Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  3. 3Confirm. That’s it.

Can’t open the app? Email support@kinlovi.com from the address you sign in with, and we’ll delete it within 30 days.

What happens

  • Your account, sign-in details, notification settings and phone registrations are deleted right away.
  • Care circles you organize are handed to another family member so the rest of the family keeps the care records. A circle with nobody else in it is deleted, with its documents.
  • Circles you had already deleted are removed for good.
  • Things you added to a shared circle, like doses you logged or updates you posted, stay with the circle so its history makes sense to the family. They are no longer linked to your account.
  • Subscriptions aren’t cancelled automatically. Cancel the Family Plan in your App Store or Google Play settings to stop future charges.
