1. About these terms
Kinlovi is a product of Galvn Labs LLC (“we”, “us”). These terms are an agreement between you and Galvn Labs LLC for using the Kinlovi app and website (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
2. Kinlovi is not medical care
Kinlovi helps families coordinate care. It is not a medical device, doesn’t give medical advice and doesn’t replace doctors, pharmacists or emergency services.
- Always follow the instructions of the person’s healthcare professionals and medication labels.
- Reminders and notifications can be late or not arrive (for example if a phone is off, offline, or notifications are disabled). Don’t rely on Kinlovi as the only way to make sure a dose is given.
- Information in Kinlovi is only as accurate as what your family enters. Check it.
- In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use Kinlovi.
- Keep access to your email and phone secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
- Give accurate information, and keep it up to date.
4. Care circles and the information you add
- A care circle is shared with everyone invited to it, according to their role. Only invite people you trust, and choose roles carefully. The organizer can change roles and remove people.
- You may only add information about another person, such as the person you care for, if you have the right to do so: for example their permission, or legal authority to act for them.
- You keep ownership of what you add. You give us permission to store, process and show it to the members of your circle, only as needed to provide the Service.
- If you delete your account, circles you organize are handed to another member so the family keeps its records. See Delete your account.
5. Acceptable use
Please don’t:
- use Kinlovi to harass, harm, or monitor anyone without their knowledge where that’s unlawful;
- upload content that is illegal or that you don’t have the right to share;
- try to access circles or data that aren’t yours, or disrupt or reverse engineer the Service;
- use the Service in a way that breaks the law.
We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why when we can.
6. Plans, payments and cancellation
- Kinlovi is free for one caregiver and up to 3 medications. The Family Plan removes these limits for the whole circle.
- The Family Plan is a subscription sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. They process the payment, and their terms also apply. Prices are shown in the store before you buy.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal in your store account settings. Deleting the app or your account doesn’t cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Nothing in these terms limits refund rights you have under the law.
- If a subscription ends, the circle returns to the free plan. Nothing is deleted, but limits apply again.
- We may change prices. Changes apply from your next billing period, and the store will tell you first.
7. Changes and availability
We keep improving Kinlovi, so features may change. We aim to keep the Service available, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. If we ever stop offering Kinlovi, we’ll give reasonable notice so you can save what you need.
8. Disclaimers and limits of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on information in Kinlovi.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can’t be excluded by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Ending these terms
You can stop using Kinlovi and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if the law requires it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Disputes go to the state and federal courts located in Wyoming. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and may bring a claim there.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using Kinlovi after that, the new terms apply.
